Whether you need insurance repairs, cosmetic upgrades, equipment enhancements for a more enjoyable onboard experience, or annual maintenance (including engine servicing and antifouling), we’re here to assist and provide expert advice.

With decades of experience building Rustler Yachts – some of the finest ocean cruising yachts in the world – we’re uniquely placed to offer you advice on proven technology, and you’ll have any work carried out by highly-skilled master craftsmen.
During any work or refit, you’ll have one point of contact, who will personally oversee the work on your yacht. Whatever work we undertake on your yacht, we aim to make your boat ownership as easy and enjoyable as possible.
Insurance claim? We’re here when you need us the most
Accidents happen. When they do, we’ll ensure the impact on your sailing season is minimal. Whether it’s your fault or another party’s, we can deal with every stage of insurance claims, large or small, ensuring that not only is your yacht sailing as soon as possible, but any work undertaken is of the highest standard.
We’ll perform an initial survey and evaluate all the work that needs to be carried out before supplying our quote in a clear, itemised format you can pass to your insurer. From there, we can deal directly with your insurer to confirm progress and any additional costs, so you’re not left out of pocket or without your boat any longer than necessary.

Repairs
Whether it’s storm damage, a manoeuvring misjudgement, repairing or replacing worn or damaged fittings, or simply fixing what no longer works, we can provide quotes, deal with insurance companies, and ensure you’re back on the water as quickly as possible.

Upgrades
You may want to generate more power, have new instruments fitted, need new equipment for extended cruising, or require a bigger (or more reliable) engine. We’re on hand to advise you and solve your yacht’s problems.

Maintenance
From antifouling, engine servicing, anode replacement, sea cock surveys, rig checks or rudder bearings, the list of jobs you need to cover every year is never-ending. Let us relieve you of that burden and ensure all the work is done.

Restoration
If you’re looking for new teak decks, rotten planking replaced, tired hulls repainted and polished, or a complete classic yacht restoration, look no further. Our highly skilled shipwrights ensure that all necessary work is of the same quality or better.
Falmouth, the perfect location
Based on the Penryn River, West Cornwall, Falmouth Yacht Services is ideally located as the final destination to get the most from your UK sailing season and then enjoy some of the finest west country sailing early the following year.
Our location also suits those returning from Atlantic circuits, or the last UK stop before heading south. We undertake all bluewater preparation and repairs, from adding self-steering/autopilots to installing watermakers and increasing battery bank size and power generation requirements.
We’re just a 20-minute drive from Truro station (with direct trains to London), and when you drop your yacht off or come to collect it, we’ll arrange and cover the cost of transfers from Truro station.
