Heating and air conditioning

Adding heating to your yacht not only keeps it warm and cosy on cooler evenings but also dries sodden wet-weather gear and extends your sailing season. We’ll help you choose between diesel hot-air heating systems like Eberspacher, Webasto, or Wallas, or a power-free diesel or paraffin heater like a Taylors or Refleks stove. With a diesel hot air heater, warmth is available at the push of a button; you’ll find yourself using it more than you thought, using it to warm up on an overnight passage or after a long, wet slog to windward. You can run it through the night while anchored in winter solitude, enjoying spots that are overrun in summer. We’ll ensure the system is safe and efficient, preventing exhaust gases from escaping into the yachts and keeping the ducting runs as straight as possible.

We can also install full climate-control air-conditioning systems to cool down yachts with plentiful glazing or that you’re planning to cruise to warmer climes.

AV stereo and TV entertainment systems

Whether you enjoy relaxing to classical music in your saloon, partying in the cockpit, or you want an entertainment system and games console for the youthful crew, we can help. We can fit a standalone stereo radio with speakers in the cockpit and saloon, or install a fully integrated entertainment system operated via a multifunction display at the helm, or via a smartphone or tablet on board. We can install discreet systems that rise out of the furniture or attach a TV to a bulkhead, whether you want a small TV or a full surround-sound experience. Come and speak to us.

Not only can we fit the TV, but we can also ensure you have the power systems for uninterrupted coverage and supply Wi-Fi-connected systems, allowing you to stream movies, watch sports, or catch up on your favourite TV shows as you cruise.

Interior modifications and upholstery

If you feel your yacht’s interior could be improved or refined, and you have some ideas on how, come and talk to us. Consider making it more practical by adding a cabinet for glassware or crockery, enlarging your saloon table, or adding more galley worksurface to make cooking easier. You may want to make your yacht more comfortable by add a day bed for leisurely afternoons at anchor, a sea berth in the saloon that’s close to the companionway that usable on both tacks, or perhaps to extend your yacht’s seating to enable you to put your feet up in the evening, how you choose to make your yacht more comfortable, we can help.

Fitting household appliances

There’s no need for time on a boat to feel like an endurance competition, or to do without little luxuries that make life a little more enjoyable. We can install induction hobs and electric ovens and ensure you have enough power to run them. Perhaps you’re a coffee connoisseur who needs custom storage for an espresso machine and grinder.

You might want to do away with the chore of washing up and desire a dishwasher. We can fit drawer dishwashers, half- or full- width units, depending on the space you have available on your yacht. However you’d like to improve your onboard life, we’re here for you. We can add fridges and freezers for extended cruising, but we’ve also added wine fridges, washing machines, tumble dryers, and microwaves. So, whether you want to add an air fryer or banish your kettle with a boiling water tap, if it’s possible to fit the equipment you want, we can.


Lighting upgrades

We can add interior and exterior lighting solutions for yachts of all types and sizes. Whether you want to add wiring for new lights with built-in USB charging or need to replace ageing and oxidised wiring and make your yacht a bright and welcoming space again, we’re here to help.

You might want to add stylish and colourful deck lighting and/or underwater illumination to identify your yacht and make her stand out from the crowd. Upgrade your toilet to an electric flush

Is it time to do away with the seemingly endless pumping of the heads, filling and emptying the toilet bowl, and making flushing the heads as easy as pushing a button? Not only is an electric-flushing toilet easier to use, but it’s also simpler, a boon if you regularly host non-sailing guests on board.
